Terms of Sale and Use

These Terms govern this website and purchases of The GLP-1 Off-Ramp Kit; First 14 Days, Decided; the Maintenance Year; and bundles of those Products.

1. Who may use the site

The Bennett Report is the operating name used to offer the Products. “We,” “us,” and “our” mean The Bennett Report. You must be at least 18, legally able to enter a contract, and authorized to use the payment method provided at checkout. You agree that your checkout and contact information is accurate.

2. Products, prices, and payment

The Products are digital educational materials. The description, included items, price, and any optional add-on are shown before payment in US dollars. Each current offer is a one-time payment and does not renew as a subscription.

Whop and its payment partners provide checkout, payment processing, fraud screening, receipts, and refunds. Their separate terms and privacy notices apply to services they control. Applicable taxes may be added or collected at checkout. An order is accepted after successful payment confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, legal restriction, or technical failure.

3. Delivery and refunds

Access is provided electronically through the Whop account associated with the checkout email, on screen, and/or by email after successful payment. You are responsible for providing a working email address and keeping account credentials and access links private. Contact [email protected] if paid access does not arrive.

Each Product is covered by the Refund Policy, including its 30-calendar-day request period. Nothing in these Terms limits a refund, cancellation, warranty, or consumer remedy that applicable law does not allow us to waive.

4. Personal-use license

Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased Product for your personal, noncommercial use. You may print materials designated as printable for yourself. You may not share account access; reproduce or distribute substantial portions; publish, resell, sublicense, or upload the Products; remove proprietary notices; bypass access controls; or use protected content to create a competing product.

5. Medical and results disclaimer

The Products provide general education, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, nutrition therapy, or individual care. They do not tell you to start, stop, taper, restart, delay, or change the dose of any medication. Results vary, and we do not guarantee any particular weight, appetite, health, or financial outcome. 6. Acceptable use and third parties

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its security, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, make a fraudulent purchase or refund request, violate law, or infringe another person’s rights. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to stop abuse, investigate fraud, comply with law, or protect users.

Whop, payment providers, Cloudflare, Kit, and linked websites are separate services. We are not responsible for their independent content, outages, or practices, but this does not excuse our own legal duties. Ozempic® and Wegovy® are trademarks of Novo Nordisk A/S. Mounjaro® and Zepbound® are trademarks of Eli Lilly and Company. The Bennett Report and the Products are not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies.

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and Products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed and do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free files, or compatibility with every device. This does not limit an express promise in the offer or Refund Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Bennett Report is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the site or Products. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the Product giving rise to it. These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence where applicable, personal injury that cannot lawfully be limited, or another liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

8. Applicable law and general terms

These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the seller and transaction, while preserving mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. An unresolved claim may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction. These Terms do not require arbitration.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. The offer shown at purchase, these Terms, and the Refund Policy form the agreement for the purchase. The Terms displayed when you buy govern that purchase unless a later change is required by law or you agree to it.
