Refund Policy

The following Products each have a 30-day money-back guarantee: The GLP-1 Off-Ramp Kit; First 14 Days, Decided; and the Maintenance Year.

1. Requesting a refund

You may request a refund within 30 calendar days after the transaction timestamp shown on your receipt. A request emailed before the deadline is timely even if we process it later. You do not need to provide medical information, prove you completed the Product, or give a detailed reason.

Email [email protected] from the purchase address with “Refund request” in the subject. Include the order or receipt number if available. Do not send card numbers, identity documents, or medical records by ordinary email.

2. Products and bundles

The guarantee applies to each separately purchased Product and to a Kit-and-add-on bundle. A bundle purchased as one transaction may be refunded as a bundle. If the receipt separately itemizes a Product and Whop permits a component refund, you may identify the component you want refunded.

3. Amount, method, and timing

An eligible refund covers the amount paid for the refunded Product or transaction, including taxes returned by the payment processor. It is sent to the original payment method unless applicable law or the processor requires another method. Bank fees and exchange-rate changes are outside our control.

We normally submit an eligible refund through Whop within five business days after locating the order. Your bank or payment provider may need an additional 5–10 business days, or longer in unusual cases, to display the credit.

4. Access and billing issues

A refund ends the license and access rights for the refunded Product. You must stop using it and delete downloaded copies, except records you may lawfully retain.

Contact us promptly about duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrect charges or an access failure. We investigate those issues separately from the guarantee. This Policy does not waive your right to dispute a charge or use another consumer remedy that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
