Privacy Policy

The Bennett Report · effective August 24, 2026

This Policy explains how The Bennett Report handles personal information when you visit the site, enter an email address, buy a digital Product, or contact us.

1. Scope

The Bennett Report is the operating name used for this website and its digital educational products. “We,” “us,” and “our” mean The Bennett Report. This Policy covers information we control through the site, checkout-related processing, product delivery, support, and privacy requests. Whop, Meta, and other providers also apply their own privacy notices to services they control.

2. Information we collect

We receive information from you, your browser or device, Whop and its payment partners, and providers that help us host, secure, measure, deliver, or support the Products.

The site does not ask for or require medical records, diagnoses, symptoms, prescription details, laboratory results, weight, or answers to health questions. Product interaction data identifies engagement with our digital educational Products; we do not use it to diagnose you, provide individual care, or create a medical profile. Please do not send medical records or unnecessary sensitive information in a support message.

3. How we use information

When you enter an email on the sales page and continue, we use it to check whether the address can receive email, prefill checkout, create or update a Kit contact, identify the submission as a lead, and send it to Meta in hashed form for advertising measurement. After purchase, the buyer email is also used for delivery, access, transaction messages, support, and the purchased-product experience.

4. Who receives information

We do not sell personal information for money. Some state laws may classify advertising disclosures to Meta as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising even when no money changes hands.

5. Cookies and advertising choices

The Meta Pixel loads on site pages and uses cookies or similar technology to record page and funnel activity. Our server also sends Meta lead and purchase events. Browser controls can block or delete Pixel cookies, but they may not prevent a server event after an email submission or purchase.

When the PostHog trial is enabled, its browser identifier lasts for the current browser session. We configure PostHog to mask page text and form inputs in recordings, remove query strings and page fragments before capture, avoid identified person profiles, and discard IP data. Browser settings or privacy tools can block PostHog, so its analytics may be incomplete.

Where applicable law gives you an opt-out right, you may exercise it by emailing [email protected]. The site does not currently respond automatically to Global Privacy Control or “Do Not Track” signals.

6. Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including product access, support, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of record and the requirements of the provider that stores it. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it where reasonably practical.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling. You may also have a right to appeal a denied request or use an authorized agent.

Email [email protected] with “Privacy request” in the subject. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify and complete the request. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

8. Children, changes, and contact

The site and Products are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Policy when our practices, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Questions, complaints, and requests may be sent to [email protected].
